AI/ML Engineer (m/f/d)
Prerequisite for all positions: Extended skills in AI, Vibecoding (AI-assisted development with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.) and productive use of modern AI tools in daily development.
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions for our clients. You will work with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and modern ML frameworks – and apply Vibecoding in your daily work. You take AI models from idea to production and help shape the AI strategy of our clients.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and integrate RAG systems, LLM applications, and vector databases
- Design and implement ML pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment)
- Use cloud ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)
- Apply Vibecoding and AI-assisted development in daily work
- Model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Collaborate with clients on AI project design and implementation
Your profile
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain, or similar tools
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)
- Knowledge of cloud ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Interest in Vibecoding and productive use of AI tools
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
